Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each set includes 10–12 nails in multiple sizes (XS–L). Measure the widest part of your natural nail in millimeters and match it to our size chart on each product page. Between sizes? Size up and gently file the sides for a perfect fit.
Do you offer a sizing kit?
Yes — if it's your first order, we recommend starting with one of our best-selling sets in a standard size. Most customers find their fit right away.
Application & Wear
How long do Ubeauty press-ons last?
With adhesive tabs: 3–5 days (perfect for events). With nail glue: 1–2 weeks of salon-quality wear.
Are they reusable?
Yes! Remove them gently, clean off the adhesive, and store them in the original box. With proper care, each set can be worn multiple times.
How do I remove them safely?
Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes, then gently lift from the sides. Never force or peel them off.
Will they damage my natural nails?
No — when applied and removed correctly, press-ons are one of the gentlest nail options available.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. US delivery typically takes 7–12 business days with tracking provided.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $35.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day guarantee on unopened sets. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it free — just email us a photo. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
