How do I find my size?

What if none of the included sizes fit my nails?
Every set ships with 12 sizes and a mini file, so a nail that is slightly too big can be filed down to fit. If your nail beds are unusually wide or narrow, email support@ubeautynails.com and we will recommend the best set and shape for your hands before you order.

Do you offer a sizing kit?
Not a separate kit — but every set already includes 12 sizes plus a mini file, so you can size and fine-tune at home. For your first order, start with one of our best-selling sets and use our size guide; most customers find their fit right away.

How do I choose the right nail shape for my hands?

How do I apply press-on nails step by step?

How long do Ubeauty press-ons last?

Can I shower, swim, or wash dishes with them?

Are the nails reusable?

How do I remove them safely?

Are Ubeauty nails vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Ubeauty press-on nails are made from cosmetic-grade ABS acrylic with no animal-derived ingredients, and we do not test on animals. Our adhesives are standard cosmetic nail adhesives.

Are press-on nails safe during pregnancy?
Press-on nails are generally considered safe during pregnancy because there is no UV curing and no long acetone soak. If you are sensitive to fumes, apply in a ventilated room and consult your doctor if you have any concerns.

US orders over $35 ship free with standard shipping; US orders under $35 ship for a flat $3.99. International standard shipping is $3.99, and expedited is $9.99.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, Japan, and most of Europe and Asia — 27 countries in total, plus the US. International standard shipping is $3.99 and expedited is $9.99.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

What is your return policy?
