A long stiletto set on a black base with a purple-red cat-eye flash running down the centre of each nail — the band shifts as your hand turns, so the set reads dark from one angle and lit from another.

Web strands fan out from the tip on most nails, one accent carries a raised silver spider, and another switches to silver glitter entirely. Built for long stiletto beds only: on short or wide nail beds the taper disappears and the web lines crowd into each other. If you type all day or work with your hands, the pointed tip and the raised spider will both get in the way — this is an evening set, not a keyboard set.

The raised spider is the first part to go. It catches on knitwear and hair, and once it lifts the whole accent nail has to be replaced rather than repaired. Web lines scuff to a pale grey wherever the black wears, and cat-eye pigment dulls under acetone — soak the nail off, never scrape or pick at it.
