We want you to love your nails.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Because press-on nails are hygiene products, we can only accept returns of unopened sets in their original sealed packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at support@ubeautynails.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
